Service Call
Our service call includes 15 minutes of work. This is normally enough time to fix a single, simple problem such as a broken sprinkler head. A service call costs $108 in Lubbock, Shallowater, and Wolfforth, Texas (slightly higher in other areas).

System Checkup
For the same cost as a service call, we will check over the entire system. We will mark broken heads, dry spots, leaks, and other problems, and give you a proposal to repair the system. (Additional charge for systems larger than 10 zones)

MP Rotator Conversions
MP Rotators are sprinkler nozzles designed to water more efficiently and provide better coverage. They put out 1/5th as much water as normal spray nozzles, reducing run-off and allowing deeper watering.  We can convert your system to MP Rotators, either all at once or one zone at a time.

Controller Replacements
An electric controller will eventually wear out. We can replace it with a new controller or can attempt to repair some models (please note that when replacing or installing a new controller, the State of Texas now requires a sensor to be installed, if not already in place).  There are also now new WiFi controllers that can be operated using your phone.

Irrigation System Cost Analysis
After completing repairs, we can do a complete evaluation of your system. This is ideal for very large systems, such as parks, cemeteries, churches, commercial properties, and schools. We can measure the flow rate for each zone, estimate the cost of the operation, and create an ideal irrigation schedule, so you will have an idea how much your system will cost to operate and you can make better budgeting decisions.

Scheduled Maintenance Program

Your sprinkler system is like your automobile - it needs regular maintenance to keep it operating like it should.  In West Texas, dirt blows in and raises the level of the soil over the tops of heads, requiring these heads to be raised.  Sometimes the nozzles will also get clogged.  Seals wear out, causing heads to leak.  Drip lines get cut or chewed by rodents.

With our Scheduled Maintenance Program you will already be on our schedule in advance.  We'll come out several times per year according to your needs, check your system and reset your controller, if desired.  You can also set a maintenance limit if you like.  SMP customers get priority service.  There is no contract and you can cancel at any time

All you need to do is decide which months you want us to come out, typically March, July, and October (or more or less frequently, according to your needs).  If you have a cool-season lawn grass and water in the winter, we also recommend December/January.  Even if you only want us to come out once or twice a year, we are happy to add you to this program.
